She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Donald Cook and Ethel Hazel Parriott Cook; and her husband William Thomas Stephens, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William Thomas Stephens (Faye) and Stephanie Stephens Siceloff (Bill); her grandchildren, Sonya N. Stephens, Leah S. Cersine (Steven), Chandler B. Fletcher (Jake), W. Chase Bryant and Cheney N. Hill (Ryan); her stepgrandsons, Kyle Siceloff (Katie) and Bryan Siceloff (Mandi); and her sister Dorothy Cook Henchen. She is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
