He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Scroggins and Susan Gladney; his sisters, Sharllaw Gladney of Cordele, GA and Charlotte (Dustin) of Montezuma; his nieces, Avalie Carson and Natalie Carson; his nephew Austin Carson; and his close friend Porche Palmer.
