He is survived by: his wife Gladys Lewis Farmer of Cordele; his children, Kathy Reed of Pinehurst, Greg (Denise Farmer), Jeff (Leslie Farmer) and Patti (Warren Deal); his grandchildren, Elisha, Jeff Widener, Chris, Will Reed, Hunter, Jill Farmer, Jon, Leah Farmer, Colby, Lauren Deal, Brandon, Carson Deal and Kristi Farmer Green; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Farmer, Raelyn Farmer, Bentley Deal, Annaleigh Deal, Baylor Deal and Raegan Deal.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Rainey Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
