She is survived by : her brother Rob Slade (Adrienne); her nephews, Everett and Reid Slade; her niece Etta Slade; and her cousin Judah Benjamin Slade.

Dana Cheri "Peach" Slade went home to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the age of 41 years due to Alzheimer's Disease.
