She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Lamar Black and Elizabeth Ratteree Black. She is survived by: her friend D. J. Jones of Cordele; her children, Danny Parham Jr. (Lesley) of Vienna and Lisa Parham Coffey of Cordele; her siblings, Randy Black (Janice) of Cartersville, Marty Black (Angel) of Cordele, Pam Black Dodd (Scott) of Cobb and Jackie Black Wells (Howard) of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Ashley Prickett, Sarah Prickett, Danielle Parham, Emily Coffey and Amelia Coffey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hughes & Wright Funeral Home (1010 E 8th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
