He is survived by: his children, Tony Powell (Karen) of Cordele and Tonya Hamilton (Don) of Cordele; his siblings, Joseph "Danny" Powell of Cordele and Elouise Martin of Cordele; his grandchildren, Michael Powell, Stephen Guined, Blake Guined, Clay Johnson and Brittany Pike; his girlfriend Ethel Thompson; and his girlfriend's children, Allen Thompson, Teresa Gordon, Pam Gordon and Mike Thompson. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
