He is survived by: his wife Constance Maddox of Cordele; his children, Kay Pate of Cordele, Karen Guy of Vienna, Gail Gilliam (Roy) of Cobb, Huey Maddox of Hawkinsville, Travis Harper (Leigh) of Warwick and Tony Harper of Cordele; and his sisters, Patricia Sue Clements of Cordele and Joyce Reed of Cordele. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
