He was predeceased by: his parents, C. H. Neumans, Jr. and Ruby Bridges; and his siblings, Mike Neumans and Peggy Neumans Mullis. He is survived by: his nieces, Nikki Neumans of Cordele and Kristy Branch (Fred) of Cordele. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and nephews.
