She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Reed Thompson of Cordele; her close friend Carolyn Kimbrel of Adkins Community; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn H. Adkins of Americus and Harry F. Carter of Cordele. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
