He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Oliver and Nelly Florene Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Betty Oliver; his children, James Edwin Oliver of Cordele, Amy Shiree Westenfeld (Brad) of Cordele and Ericia Nicole Chisenhall of Cordele; his grandchildren, Brittany Watson (Trace), Megan Grossi (Cole), Justin Chisenhall, Rebecca Leigh Westenfeld, Elayna Oliver and Sydney Westenfeld; his great grandchildren, Shannon Watson, TJ Watson, Paisley Grossi and Liam Grossi; and his siblings, Ferrell Lee Oliver (Sharon), Vickie Pitts and Wanda Shirah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
