He is survived by: his children, Sam Smarr (Katie) of Cobb, Matt Karros (Angela) of Perry, Rachel Poe (Andy) of Cobb, Sarah Riner (Jacob) of Douglas and Melissa Taylor (Michael) of Cobb; his sister Betty Kidney of Hawkinsville; his grandchildren, Hayley Karros, Abby Karros, Matthew Karros, Tyler Britt, Tate Britt, Jazmyne Hall, Samuel Smarr, Andrew Smarr, Drew Poe, Jep Poe, Carson Riner, Callum Riner, Emily Cohen (Tyler), Carly Taylor, Erin Allen (Brandon) and John Lev Smarr; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Cohen and Ellie Cohen.
