He was predeceased by: his father Charles Louette Odom. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ruth Willingham Johnson (Troy Johnson) of Eufaula, AL; his wife Shae Gordon Odom of Cordele; his children, Megan Battles (Josh) of Hawkinsville, Jake Odom (Courtney) of California, Trip McDonald (Holley) of Blakely and Ashley McDonald (Taylor) of Seneca, SC; his siblings, Shannon Odom (Stephanie) of Blakely, Heath Odom (Chelsea) of Smithville and Georgia Odom of Arlington; and his grandchildren, Hazel Battles of Hawkinsville, CharlieAnn Battles of Hawkinsville and J. D. Battles of Hawkinsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (118 Crisp Academy Dr, Cordele, GA 31015). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
