He was predeceased by : his parents, Baxter Carter McKinney and Carol Worley McKinney; and his siblings, Frank McKinney and Angela McKinney. He is survived by : wife Twila Gillis McKinney, his close friends, William "Peewee" Clark and Gwen Young.
Due to COVID regulations, face masks or coverings are highly recommended and due to social distancing seating will be spaced accordingly and limited.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
