She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin V. Smith and Nelle Dollar Smith; and her husband James W Burke. She is survived by: her children, Trae Dorough of Alpharetta, Shannon Bryan (Stacy) of Cordele, Chris Burke (Jennifer) of Arizona and Brian Burke of Albany; her grandchildren, Hannah Dorough (Alex MacNamara), Bethany Dorough and Josh Bryan; her sister Robyn Wilson (Mike); and her close friends, Linda Stephens, Janice Ward and Carol Chandler.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rainey Family Funeral Service Chapel (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
