He is survived by: his children, Ronald Bennett of Massachusetts, Cheryl MacDonald (Rick) of Rhode Island, Janice Fisher (Michael) of St. Augustine and Maurice W. Bennett, Jr. (Val) of Massachusetts; his stepchildren, Joseph Gandy (Kim) of Tennessee and Jennifer Rowe of Byron; his siblings, Janette Kelly, Ray Bennett, Wayne Bennett, Patricia Howell, Millard Bennett and Tommy Bennett, Jr.; and his stepgrandson Curtis.
Maurice was also a proud Mason and Shriner, organizations through which he fostered fellowship, charity, and community service.
