He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parham; his children, Michelle Wade (Carl), Dean Parham Jr. and Mickey Parham; his siblings, Danny Parham, Louie Parham Jr. (Sandra) and Nancy Cox; his grandchildren, Brittany Mosley (Collin), Carl Wade Jr., Leslie Wade, Lexie Parham, Tripp Parham, Dylan Parham, Gabriel Parham and Symon Parham; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Mosley, Bentley Mosley, Matthew Mosley, Elijah Wade, Kashton Wade, Grayson Butterworth, Sarah Parham, Elliot Parham, Drew Parham and Avery Parham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rainey Family Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015).
