He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Wagoner Herrington. He is survived by: his sister April Womack Chiaverini of Statesboro; his sibling's children, Shelby Garbett (Tyran), Brook Wagoner, Destiny Wagoner and Cody Hudson (Taylor); and his friend Freeneau Walton.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Georgia Veterans State Park (2459 US-280, Cordele, GA 31015).
