He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Dorminey and Alice Abbot Dorminey; and his brothers, James and Billy. He is survived by: his wife Becky Dorminey of Statesboro; his sister Marynette Clack (Jean Bolton) of Cordele; and his grandchildren, Eva Dorminey, Wynni Dorminey, Abbi Kitchens and Mia Shoemaker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hughes & Wright Funeral Home, Inc. (1010 E 8th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Seville Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
