He is survived by : his wife June Murray Brookerd of Cordele; his children, Lisa K. Smith (David) of Cordele and Michael R. Brookerd (Debra); his grandchildren, Cody Wayne Smith and Misty Shiloh Wammock; and his great grandchildren, Jodie Brynn Smith and Dianna June Wammock.
