It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilma McDaniel Plummer (Cordele, Georgia), born in Pitts, Georgia, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, W. C. Nealy McDaniel and Myrtle McDaniel; her husband William Owen "Possum" Plummer; and her sisters, Sue Hughes and Betty Jane Kemp.

She is survived by : her son Derwin; her daughter-in-law Felicia Plummer of Cordele; and her brothers, Johnny McDaniel of Tifton and Jimmy McDaniel of Hawkinsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and an extended family.
