He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Cantrell; his brother Roy James Cantrell; and his grandparents, Clark and Lizzie Kimbrell Page. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Page Cantrell Rodacker; his wife Pamela Thomas Cantrell; his daughter-in-law Damon Brandt Cantrell (Kay); his grandchildren, Jesse William Cantrell and Sharli Isabella Cantrell; and his siblings, Fred Cantrell and Shelby Jean Baker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
