She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Purdy and Lillian Shirley Purdy. She is survived by: her niece Dinah Johnson; her great-nieces, April Brown and Melanie Landers; her niece Julie Murray; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kassidy Murray and Brett Downing; and her siblings, Garnett Purdy, Leonard Purdy, Leroy Purdy, Helen Vinson, Jeanette Flournoy and Imogene Trotter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Yonah Memorial Gardens (255 US-441 BUS, Demorest, GA 30535).
