With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Georgina Diaz of Cornelia, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Rivera and Rosa Díaz; and her siblings, María Rivera, Antonia Rivera, Manuela Rivera, Hilda Rivera, Porfirio Rivera and Santiago Rivera.
She is survived by: her husband Francisco Morales; her daughter Jeannette; her son-in-law Edgardo Alvarado; her granddaughters, Leilani Alvarado and Natasha Alvarado (Johjans Garcia); her siblings, Francisca Ortega, Petronila Rivera, Gloria Rivera, Carmen Rivera and Francisco Rivera; and her friends, Lydia and Diego Alvarado. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
