He is survived by: his wife Hazel Barrett; his daughter Renee; his son-in-law James Mullis; his grandchildren, Alisha, Coy Harpe, Kristen, Jared Hughes and John Henry Mullis; his great grandchildren, Jack Harpe and Parker Hughes; his brother Tim; and his siblings-in-law, Kathryn Barrett and Leroy Black.
