He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Wiley and Claudie Wehunt Wiley; his children, Eddie Wiley and Donna Wiley Smith; his stepson Cecil Smith; his stepson-in-law Bobby Gosnell; and his brother Doug Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruth Dill Wiley; his daughter Angie Wiley Baugh; his stepchildren, Ricky Smith (Diana), Dennis Smith, Jerry Smith and Sandra Gosnell; his siblings, Wayne Wiley, Billy Wiley (Gail), Linda Wiley Jarrard and Juanita Wiley; and his cousin Doug Wiley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Hazel Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (243 Hazel Creek Church Rd, Mt Airy, GA 30563).
