We bid farewell to Johnny Cecil Hulsey of Cornelia, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 29, 2025 at the age of 77. Johnny Cecil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Hulsey and Mandy Lou Grizzle Hulsey; his siblings, Grady Hulsey, Billy Dee Hulsey, Mildred Hulsey and Dot Hulsey Prickett; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Farmer and Gary Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Hulsey; his daughter Tanya; his son-in-law Doug Miller; his brother Doug; his sister-in-law Nancy Hulsey; his mother-in-law Betty Bowen; and his pet Shorty. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
