He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. McGahee, Sr. and Mardelle Shirley McGahee. He is survived by: his wife Edna; his sons, Jake (Emily) and Clayton (Jennifer); his grandsons, Joseph and Mitchell; his sister Becky Chambers (Don); his brother-in-law Sam Hulsey; his nephew Tim Hulsey; his sister-in-law Judy Henzel (John); Jerry Hulsey (Patty).
