She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Maney and Florence Bradshaw Maney; her husband Truman Tilson; her siblings, Virginia Sensinger, Patsy Russell, James Maney and Larry Maney; and her niece Vicky Tilson Holcomb.
She is survived by: her son Glenn; her daughter-in-law Crystal Franklin Tilson of Cornelia; her grandchildren, Colton Tilson and Callie Tilson; her siblings, Erma Justus of Clayton and Jerry Maney of Turnerville; and her nieces and nephews, Daniel Maney, Devon Maney, Gina Russell, Penny Tilson, Arlene Tilson, Mark Maney, Barry Maney, Gary Maney, Joan Weaver, Janie Dover and Judy McCall. She is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews as well as many other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel (1370 Industrial Blvd, Baldwin, GA 30511). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery (5040 Pea Ridge Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
