With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rex Burch (Cornelia, Georgia), born in Hiawassee, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burch and Azilee Burch; his wife Jeanette Eller Burch; his stepsons, Nicky Pietropaolo and Danny Eller; and his great grandchild Ada Rose Roberts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Swing (Lacy) and Stephanie Payne (Thomas Claude); his stepdaughter Beth Chapman (Allyn); his grandchildren, Christopher Owenby (Haley), Carla Roberts (Brandon), Austin Cathey, Riley Chapman, Colby Chapman (Taylor), Hayden Eller and Dakota Payne; his great grandchildren, Haven Owenby, Skylar Owenby, Eleana Roberts, Everleigh Cathey, Keelous Chapman and Hunter Chapman; and his brother Buford Burch. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
