He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Scott Davis, Sr. and Sue Laura Montgomery Sarkinen; and his sister Laura Montgomery. He is survived by : his children, Logan Davis (Jessica) of Athens, Tanya Gibson (Rae) of Helena, MT and Constance "Wren" Sims (Seth) of Honea Path, SC; his grandchildren, Connor Gadd, Sam Gadd, Anderson Davis, Breanna Dodd and Gabriella Dodd; his brother Mark Davis (Mary) of Clarkesville; his niece Sunshine Davis of Cornelia; and his friend Joel Byers.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
