With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes Digby (Covington, Georgia), born in Porterdale, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee and Florine Murphy Deaton. She is survived by: her children, Weyman Lumsden and Cindy Higgins (Jeff); her grandsons, Michael and James Higgins; and her siblings, Herman Deaton, Minnie Lou, Peggy, Barbara, Martha and Jean. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014).
