With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Joyce Sinyard in Covington, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2025 at the age of 89. In the sacred silence of farewell, Alice Joyce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Alice Joyce's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nelson Leon Sinyard; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Owens Sinyard. She is survived by: her sister Rubye Lowe. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
