He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Griffeth and Frances Griffeth; and his siblings, Mark Griffeth, Shelby Sims, Hilda Brewer, Kathy Hakes and Nell Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Griffeth; his daughters, Lori Seabolt (Michael Johnson) of Covington and Leigh Davis (Bart) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Dylan Davis (Dara) and Dale Davis (Kennedi Blackmon); and his sisters, Pam Bradshaw (David) and Sue Chancey (Walter). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
