Lauderdale, Florida.; his sister Patty Brooke of Lakeland; his son Bernard Dale "Butch" Forgue; his siblings, William Frances Forgue, Barbara Ison, Janice Muskteller and Paul Forgue; and his brother-in-law Dennis Brooke. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
