She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fuqua and Elizabeth Fuqua; her daughter Jill Headike; her siblings, Sandra Boliek, Donna Dullinger and Gary Fuqua; and her nephew Jacob Kunke.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Kuieck; her children, Jeff Headike, Jolie Kunke (Joe), Jeremiah Kunke, Joshua Kunke, Julie Headike and Kenneth Kuieck, Jr. (Mendi); her grandchildren, Jazlyn, Jonathon, Sierra, Robin (Nathan), Paul and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Mackayla and Kaenan.
Floral arrangements are accepted, or a donation can be made in memory of Carol Kuieck to the Covington First United Methodist Church Choir.
