She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McDuff and Ruth McDuff; her daughter Bonita Smith; and her brothers, Eugene McDuff, Jr. and James McDuff.
She is survived by: her husband James Ray; her brother Raymond McDuff, Sr.; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Jackson, Willesther Evans, Shirley Canty, Lola Holloway (Charles), Edith Ray (Ronald), Josephine Jones, Clydell Jones and Evelyn Fitch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous grandchildren.
