He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie T. Sr. Strange and Maybelle Black Strange; his wife Sadie Strange; his sons, Dana Gene Strange and Tony Lynn Strange; and his siblings, J. W. Strange and Lillie Belle Strange.
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Strange of Covington and Kathy Kite of Newborn; and his sisters, Mary J. Johnson of Covington and Shirley S. Smith of Covington. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
