She was predeceased by : her father Freeman Deal; and her brother Freeman Deal, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Robert Couch; her mother Avanell Simmons; her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Viva White; her grandchildren, Jocelyn White, Brooklynn White, Autumne Johnson and Chaise Johnson; and her sisters, Betty Hamrick and Peggy Oliver. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
