With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Floyd Akridge (Covington, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Chris Watkins (Heather), Jenny Watkins, Dana Butruccio (Anthony), Rebecca Akridge (Jeff Johnson) and William Akridge (Michele Flores); his grandchildren, Emily, Arabella, Dawson, Audrey, Naomi and Aurelia; and his sister Sheryl Stokes (Steve). He is also survived by numerous other family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Church (11157 City Pond Rd, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at the New Covington Cemetery.
