He was predeceased by : his parents, Lanier Chambers and Martha Dial Chambers; his son Kenny Chambers; and his brother Andy Chambers. He is survived by : his son Todd Chambers of Covington; his daughter-in-law Alanna Chambers of Oxford; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Javen, Chloe and Reese; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Eli; his sister Gail Smith (Dennis) of Covington; and his sister-in-law Cathy Chambers of Covington. He is also survived by other family members and many close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014).
