He is survived by: his wife Ruth Balliew; his son Ben; his mother Carolyn Balliew; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law David Causey; his brothers, Randy Balliew and Tim; his sister-in-law Lee Balliew; and his pet Chance. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other loving family members.
