He was predeceased by: his father James E. Maxwell, Jr.; and his sister Laurie Maxwell Gowen. He is survived by: his mother Minan Blanchard Maxwell of Covington; his siblings, Jere Lin Maxwell Hutter (Bruce) of Covington and John Maxwell (Shanna) of Covington; his nieces and nephews, Wes, Julia, Kate (Tyler), Grant, Gavin and Maddie; and his friends, Cliff, Jennifer and Makenna Bratcher. He is also survived by numerous other family members and close friends.
