Joan N. Barber Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan N. Barber of Covington, Georgia, who passed away on May 26, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Campbell and Jo Campbell; and her husband W. L. Barber. She is survived by: her daughter Noreen Barber; her son-in-law Robin Horton of Oxford; and her pets, Travis and Shelly. She is also survived by three grand dogs and seven grand cats.
