He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judd and Lucille Cleveland. He is survived by: his parents, Sharon (Mike Hancock) and Pat (Tammy Cleveland); his siblings, Savannah Carter, Crystal Gray, Carlie Davis (Charlie), Briann Cleveland and Waylon Lewis; his grandparents, Dena Carter and Sammy Mann; his uncle Johnny Mann (Michelle); his cousins, Jon and Alex; his uncle Sam Mann; his nephews, Luke and Matthew; and his close friends, Billy and Jon Deloach. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A burial was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Oxford Historical Cemetery.
