He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica Eleanor LaRoy; his sister Marian Baker; and his parents, Nettie Lagowska Axford and Cyriel LaRoy. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Walby (Jeff), Darryl LaRoy (Karen), Donna Lewis (Bob), Gregory LaRoy (Diane), Steven LaRoy (Marika) and Vivian Knoerle (Joe); his grandchildren, Audrey, David, Amanda, Victoria, Abigail, Bob, Anthony, Jillian, Jacob, Mary Ellen and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Alex, Maya, Jaxson, Dominic, George, Ellie, Trey and Lucas.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Huron Valley Cemetery (18858 Huron River Dr, New Boston, MI 48164).
