He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl White and Ruby White; his brother Emmett White; and his daughter Angie Lester. He is survived by: his wife Eileen White; his son Kevin White (Mary); his granddaughter Taylor McKelvey (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Dauset, Emery and Shiloh; and his sisters, Esther Mulkey (Clinton) and Brenda Stutchman (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
