He is survived by: his sister Glenda Key; his brother-in-law Bill Key; his sister Reba Landrum; his caregiver Dale Mashburn; and his children, James Slacum, Jeff Slacum (Tammy) and Jennifer Brooks (Ronnie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
