He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Forrest and Edith Allen, Sr. (Collingsworth). He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Allen; his children, Janet Allen and Jason Allen; his daughter-in-law Mary McLaughlin; his granddaughter Ashleigh Carroll of Covington; his brother Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Linda Allen of New Albany, Mississippi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Leland's memory.
