She is survived by: her mother Mildred Louise Madaris (Parris) of Covington, Georgia; her children, Jeffrey Staples Jr. of Covington, Georgia, Maranda, Kevin Sewell of Covington, Georgia and Heidi Willard of Covington, Georgia.; her close friend John Boy Chambers of Covington, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kaden Sewell, Gavyn Boyd, Makayla Boyd, Braxton Carnes and Roper Willard; and her siblings, Cheryl Moore of Covington, Georgia, Arlene Fields of Monticello, Georgia, David "BoBo" Madaris of Covington, Georgia and Dana Inscore of Covington. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
