He is survived by: his wife Elaine Henry Pulliam; his children, Dr. Clayton Pulliam (Rita) of Cornelia, Bryan Pulliam (Amy) of Eatonton, Georgia and Julie Samples (Sydney) of Peachtree Corners, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Brandon Pulliam (Ashley), Benjamin Pulliam (Ariel), Amelia Pulliam (Manuel Perez), Emily Samples, Rachael Samples, Catie Samples, Anna Kate Bennett (Cole), Murphy Ortiz (Vince), Grace Shaw (Noah) and Mike Pulliam (Kaia); his great grandchildren, Bradley Pulliam (Katilyn), Kayla Pulliam, Dawson, Noah, Mason Pulliam, Crystal Pulliam, Jace Bennett, Nico, Jacob Ortiz and Lincoln Shaw; his great great grandchild Mylah Pulliam; and his brother Col. Nathan Pulliam (Janet) of Covington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Covington in Dr. Pulliam's honor.
